Role Overview:

Could you be our next Worksite Case Advocate I? Globe Life is looking for a Worksite Case Advocate I to join the team!

As a Worksite Case Advocate I for Liberty National, you will be responsible for inputting data, handling the incoming calls from the agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. You will use information provided from the field to complete verification calls and input data into our system to ensure our policyholders and accounts have a smooth relationship with Liberty National.

This is a remote/work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Communicate and explain basic account information
  • Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets
  • Participate in phone rotation
  • Input data from submitted paperwork
  • Responsible for regularly updating account information/progress

What You Can Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Insurance experience is a plus
  • Call center experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Insurance experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Desire to uphold great customer service
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Excellent multi-tasking & organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • The ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, manage & diffuse high-tension situations
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be Self-Motivated and able to stay on task
  • The ability to work independently and make logical decisions based on the information provided
