Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Job Description:
- Work on end-user issues reported through the Service Now ticketing system.
- Closely work with the internal IT and Application Vendor teams to solve system issues.
- Thoroughly understand the data delivery applications and Localization features.
- Provide application-related usage and issues and management report.
- Support project activities related to the translation and localization process.
- Follow documentation best practices, formats, and templates. Actively learns about processes, policies, and tools to perform work efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with team members by demonstrating strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE with a proven track record in IT administration.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PLM or any equivalent Service Information system.
- Should have worked in supporting PLM-related applications and APIs.
- Should understand Bill of material (BOM) structures well.
- Must be open to travel when needed.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in localization projects or related work.
- Excellent proficiency in English. Great communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.
- Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills to resolve technical issues in the localization process.
Technical Skills:
- Operating systems – Windows Server/Windows Client /Linux
- Good understanding of Windows / Linux Server Concepts
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows and application-related issues
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite/Translation tool
- Good knowledge of DITA XML standards is preferable.
Minimum Qualifications
