Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Work on end-user issues reported through the Service Now ticketing system.
  • Closely work with the internal IT and Application Vendor teams to solve system issues.
  • Thoroughly understand the data delivery applications and Localization features.
  • Provide application-related usage and issues and management report.
  • Support project activities related to the translation and localization process.
  • Follow documentation best practices, formats, and templates. Actively learns about processes, policies, and tools to perform work efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with team members by demonstrating strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE with a proven track record in IT administration.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PLM or any equivalent Service Information system.
  • Should have worked in supporting PLM-related applications and APIs.
  • Should understand Bill of material (BOM) structures well.
  • Must be open to travel when needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in localization projects or related work.
  • Excellent proficiency in English. Great communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.
  • Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills to resolve technical issues in the localization process. 

Technical Skills:

  • Operating systems – Windows Server/Windows Client /Linux
  • Good understanding of Windows / Linux Server Concepts
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows and application-related issues
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite/Translation tool
  • Good knowledge of DITA XML standards is preferable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE with a proven track record in IT administration.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PLM or any equivalent Service Information system.
