Ready to join one of our Airbus Programs in Spain?
AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.
 

What do we offer?: Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).
 

Mission: You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.
 

About practical training:

  • 6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS from February to July 2026

  • Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)

  • Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring

Final project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:

Final project focuses on applying the Lean philosophy and its tools to "white collar" administrative processes within an aerospace company. The objective is to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows in areas traditionally not associated with manufacturing, yet crucial for the organization's smooth operation. The public nature and technical relevance of this project lie in demonstrating how industrial management principles can be successfully extrapolated to office environments, an area of growing interest in business optimization.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills 

  • High willingness to learn and with abilities to interact with transnational people and teams.

  • Knowledge of aeronautical engineering, manufacturing and quality processes,

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish (both verbal and written). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Team spirit, great collaboration skills and strong sense of curiosity.
