Leads data engineering teams and provides technical direction for scalable, reliable data platforms and solutions. Oversees Agile delivery, backlog planning, operational support, quality standards, technical debt reduction, and stakeholder communication. Coaches engineers, sets performance goals, drives innovation, and guides adoption of data, cloud, containerization, DevOps, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.

Work with stakeholders to define data needs, source and merge datasets, run exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing, build predictive models, evaluate campaigns, and ensure analytics comply with data governance standards.

Design, implement, and administer SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning and reporting solutions. Lead SAC modelling, story creation, SAC admin, and migrations from BPC to SAC. Collaborate with data, product, and functional teams to define data acquisitions, virtual models in HANA, pipelines, and security. Provide support, training, and stabilization efforts while managing multiple projects and mentoring team members.
