Provides senior technical support to critical enterprise customers, overseeing escalated cases, troubleshooting network designs, configurations, hardware, and software defects, and coordinating with engineering teams. Acts as a trusted technical advisor, identifies misconfigurations, recommends corrective plans, and communicates effectively with engineers and executives. The role requires deep enterprise networking expertise, strong customer relationship skills, adaptability, and approximately 10–40% travel.

Manage and support HPE Aruba networking support labs, including lab assets, equipment maintenance, RMAs, backups, databases, environmental monitoring, and operational documentation. Support end users, implement tools and technologies, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, plan lab growth, control resource costs, and maintain service continuity. The role requires shift, weekend, holiday, and on-call availability for critical support and maintenance.
