Lead end-to-end content operations and deployment for IFC/IFE platforms: source, QA, package, and deliver media on schedule. Own workflows, drive automation, triage cross-functional issues, define SLAs/metrics, and implement continuous improvements to ensure reliable, on-time content delivery.

Manage end-to-end IT change lifecycle, run CAB meetings, coordinate DR tests, lead major incident response and RCAs, maintain CMDB/service catalog, ensure ITSM audit/compliance (SOX) readiness, and drive process improvements across global teams.

Provide 24x7 NOC technical support for VSAT platforms, lead incident response, perform advanced diagnostics and restoration, maintain SLAs, develop operational documentation, and support change management and on-call activities to minimize customer impact.

Monitor and maintain live media transport (satellite, fiber, IP); respond to real-time incidents and alarms; perform RCA and corrective actions; manage redundant paths; coordinate provisioning, migrations, maintenance and cross-functional teams; provide incident reports and ensure SLA, SOP, and change-management compliance; use monitoring tools to track QoS/QoE, bitrate, PID errors, and packet loss in a 24/7 shift environment.

Provide 24×7 operational support for managed media services, monitor alarms, triage and resolve technical incidents, maintain tickets and documentation, coordinate with customers and internal teams, assist onboarding and process improvements, and support maintenance, routing, and special event operations.
