Own and manage feature, O&M, and defect backlogs; translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; lead discovery, grooming, and design review meetings; coordinate with engineering, technical writers, and customers to drive sprint execution and deliver customer-sponsored initiatives; document process flows, prototypes, release notes, and help guides; act as SME for internal and customer queries, testing, and training knowledge transfer.

Support product and delivery teams by defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlogs in Rally; lead discovery, grooming, PI planning and design reviews; coordinate cross-functional teams for production issues, regulatory readiness, and EPS O&M; produce release documentation and act as SME for pharmacy-related product functionality.
