Membership and Credentialing representatives are responsible for verifying, inputting, and editing a high volume of data from multiple sources into a database, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained. The Back Office Operations Representative is responsible for completing email responses, reviewing identity verification documents, completing recommendation transactions, and researching and completing credentialing. This position involves working both virtually and in-person at assigned office locations for a minimum of two days a week.
