Drives pharmaceutical sales across an assigned territory by visiting doctors, hospitals, chemists, wholesalers, and retailers. Responsibilities include territory planning, sales forecasting, product detailing, promotional campaigns, customer and KOL relationship management, inventory coordination, market intelligence, CME programs, compliance, reporting, and receivables support. The role also mentors trainees and ensures effective use of samples and promotional materials.
