Coordinates with suppliers, engineers, buyers, product analysts, SVAT analysts, and kitting teams to resolve sourcing issues, activate manufacturing sites, and support service-part procurement. Prioritizes urgent vehicle-down and new-model requests, corrects sourcing errors, and responds to internal sourcing requests within two business days.

Manage global supply constraints by analyzing demand and supply, developing allocation and interim support plans, coordinating purchasing and suppliers, and leading global constraints forums. Partner with sales, scheduling, operations planning, and cross-functional teams to manage demand, production availability, part delivery, premium freight, and executive reporting. Drive decisions and allocations across regions while supporting production requirements.

Manage weekly supplier shipment plans in ASCENT, triage inventory shortfall cases through PEGA, and coordinate corrective actions with Purchasing, Supplier Technical Assistance, and MP&L teams. Analyze supplier responses and decommits, identify production risks and shortfalls, support programming and ISO audits, improve ASCENT metrics, create management reports, drive process improvements, and train team members.

Manages weekly supplier shipment plans in ASCENT, triages inventory shortfall cases through PEGA, and coordinates corrective actions with Ford purchasing, technical assistance, and logistics teams. The role analyzes supplier commitments, identifies production risks and shortfalls, supports programming and ISO audits, develops management reports, improves ASCENT metrics, and drives continuous process improvement.
