The Workday Consultant will assist in payroll core functions, ensuring smooth international workforce management for clients across various regions.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade insider risk detections (primarily Microsoft Purview). Lead detection initiatives end-to-end, tune alerts to reduce false positives, support high-risk investigations with technical analysis, and collaborate with SOC, Legal, HR, and engineering teams to ensure operational, defensible detection coverage.

The role involves managing payroll systems in Workday, requiring analysis, configuration, and development of enterprise applications, along with strong communication skills and project management in HCM and Payroll domains.
