TruBridge, a healthtech company that helps hospitals and clinics manage their finances, billing and health IT systems, has launched a global capability center in Chennai to support efforts to advance healthcare technology and improve financial performance for healthcare providers.
In a news release on Wednesday, TruBridge said the facility will serve as a hub for technology-enabled services, offering end-to-end support for accounts receivable management, coding, consulting and more to help healthcare providers streamline financial operations.
“Building in Chennai is a strategic investment in long-term capability and talent depth. India’s strong healthcare and technology ecosystem enables us to cultivate high-performing teams that drive innovation, operational rigor and continuous improvement across our global network,” TruBridge’s Merideth Wilson said in a statement.
The facility will expand TruBridge’s global delivery network and support a “follow-the-sun” operating model to ensure continuity of service across time zones.
The facility launches with a team of 57 employees, with plans to scale the workforce over the coming year as capabilities grow across revenue cycle management technology.
