Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash and accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, dispute resolution, aging reports, month-end closing, and compliance. The role requires strong English and Tamil communication, empathy, organization, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Leads or performs end-to-end Record to Report accounting under US GAAP, including journal entries, close processes, financial statements, fixed assets, reconciliations, audits, internal controls, and variance analysis. The Team Manager leads the RTR team, drives process improvements, coordinates with auditors and stakeholders, and ensures accurate, timely reporting. The role is full-time, office-based in Chennai, working US shifts.
