Manages assigned industrial and B2B customer accounts for 3M’s Abrasive Systems Division. Responsibilities include developing territory sales plans, achieving revenue targets, using consultative and digital selling, conducting product demonstrations and training, maintaining CRM records, gathering market intelligence, and building relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers. The role requires extensive regional travel, strong value-based selling skills, and coordination with customers in automotive, aerospace, and metal fabrication sectors.

The Senior Sales Analyst will identify and onboard franchise partners, ensure operational compliance, monitor sales performance, and support franchise growth initiatives, while managing relationships with franchise outlets.

Act as 3M's quality representative to customers in the Chennai region: manage complaints, implement containment and CAPA, conduct customer visits and trials, liaise with cross-functional and global teams, drive projects to achieve zero defects, and maintain quality documentation and meeting leadership.

Manage key accounts in graphics segment across Tamil Nadu and AP/Telangana. Drive specification-led business development with brand owners and project teams, deliver product demonstrations and seminars, expand customer and channel base, forecast and execute sales and marketing plans, train channel teams, manage receivables, and collaborate cross-functionally for customer service and complaint resolution.
