Provides sales coverage for assigned accounts or territory, achieves defined sales objectives, and performs entry-level sales activities under close supervision. Escalates issues beyond established procedures to experienced sales representatives or area sales managers. Manages assigned industrial and B2B customer accounts for 3M’s Abrasive Systems Division. Responsibilities include developing territory sales plans, achieving revenue targets, using consultative and digital selling, conducting product demonstrations and training, maintaining CRM records, gathering market intelligence, and building relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers. The role requires extensive regional travel, strong value-based selling skills, and coordination with customers in automotive, aerospace, and metal fabrication sectors.

The Senior Sales Analyst will identify and onboard franchise partners, ensure operational compliance, monitor sales performance, and support franchise growth initiatives, while managing relationships with franchise outlets.
