Leads digital and performance marketing for India while supporting APAC demand generation, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, localization, events, and customer engagement. Manages CRM and marketing automation workflows, analyzes campaign and funnel performance, reports on KPIs, and recommends data-driven improvements. Partners with sales and regional stakeholders to generate qualified leads, improve conversion and ROI, and adapt global campaigns to local markets.

Performs BIW engineering cost analysis, benchmarking, BOM cost calculations, and technical parameter research. Develops cost optimization and target-cost recommendations, including DtC/VAVE ideas, and prepares customer-facing reports. Coordinates with OEMs, suppliers, and global technical experts during new product development to resolve issues and support project delivery. Requires knowledge of BIW technologies, materials, manufacturing processes, and product development or cost engineering.

The Senior BIW Costing Engineer will analyze and report on product costs, work with OEMs, and generate technical insights and cost optimization strategies.
