Prepares equipment specifications, engineering schedules, and detailed project documentation. The role requires coordination across project activities, technical leadership, and delivery of optimized electrical solutions. Commissioning experience and pre-bid engineering exposure are advantageous.

Leads electrification solution development for energy-industry bids, including bidding strategy, cost optimization, technical and commercial offer delivery, solution innovation, and project handover. Designs greenfield and brownfield electrical solutions and develops E-House pre-bid engineering layouts covering HVAC, HV/MV/LV systems, UPS, fire and gas, and drives. Manages team productivity, standardization, quality, and delivery timelines.

Manage sales performance for ABB’s Chennai panel builder channel, including order booking, revenue targets, overdue control, market development, competitor conversion, and new customer acquisition. Engage panel builders, channel partners, EPC customers, and end customers through regular visits. Track sales activity, forecasts, enquiries, promotions, and projects in Salesforce, while coordinating with internal teams on product marketing, inventory, deliveries, and complaint resolution.
