Manage daily site operations and maintenance for a data centre, ensuring safety, compliance, budget control, resource optimization, KPI/PUE monitoring, incident response, cross-functional coordination, team development, and continuous process and digital improvements to maintain reliability and efficiency.

Lead vertical sales for bulk and ODC freight forwarding: own P&L, manage 10–12 key accounts, drive customer engagement, develop vertical value propositions, support sales pursuits, and foster cross-functional initiatives to grow revenue and pipeline hygiene.

Lead IT and instrumentation operations for toll site systems: manage Toll Collection and ATMS deployment, maintain servers and data recovery, ensure FASTAG lane availability, enforce SLAs with vendors, handle IT budgeting and vendor liaison, and maintain technical documentation.
