Leads engineering and maintenance services for container and Ro-Ro terminal operations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance, equipment availability, breakdown reduction, internal projects, energy and inventory cost control, spare parts standardization, vendor development, capital budgeting, safety compliance, and employee training. The role also evaluates emerging port and material-handling technologies and ensures timely maintenance support.

Manage daily toll plaza operations including toll collection, revenue reconciliation, traffic flow optimization, equipment maintenance, staff supervision, customer service, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Investigate discrepancies, implement improvements, coordinate with finance and external stakeholders, and prepare MIS reports to maintain service and revenue integrity.

Lead vertical sales for bulk and ODC freight forwarding: own P&L, manage 10–12 key accounts, drive customer engagement, develop vertical value propositions, support sales pursuits, and foster cross-functional initiatives to grow revenue and pipeline hygiene.
