Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development for the Credit & Affordability portfolio. Use Power BI, SQL, Excel, and large datasets to deliver commercial insights, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations. Partner with Finance, Credit & Affordability, and Customer Operations leaders to identify risks, improve governance, and support strategic decisions.

Lead AGL’s Technology PMO, overseeing portfolio governance, prioritization, delivery assurance, financial controls, reporting, risks, dependencies, resources and benefits realization. Manage and develop Program Managers, Project Managers, Change Managers and Business Analysts while driving continuous improvement and high-performance delivery practices.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, governance, optimization, and operational direction of an enterprise ServiceNow platform. Act as Product Owner, prioritize investments and backlog, improve ITSM, SIAM, CMDB, ITAM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities, and drive CSDM maturity. Govern releases, manage vendors, ensure security and compliance, and support AI-enabled workflows and enterprise automation while aligning the platform with broader technology objectives.

Leads AGL’s enterprise Data and AI architecture strategy across platforms, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, data products, and integration services. Establishes architecture standards, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and responsible AI controls; guides investment decisions; strengthens data quality, privacy, security, lineage, and model governance. Partners with executives and technical teams, coaches architects and engineers, and evaluates emerging technologies to deliver scalable, reusable, and business-aligned capabilities.

Provides enterprise architecture leadership across Azure, AWS, SaaS, integration, identity, networking, observability, automation, and platform engineering. The role defines reference architectures, standards, governance, roadmaps, and investment decisions; improves security, resilience, scalability, reliability, and cost effectiveness; leads architecture outcomes across transformation programs; engages executives; and coaches architects and engineering teams on modern DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, AI-assisted delivery, and service reliability practices.

Leads technical development of commercial and industrial renewable energy solutions, including solar, battery storage, and EV charging projects valued at $5M–$20M. Scopes customer requirements, develops concept designs and cost estimates, prepares technical proposals, advises sales teams and customers, supports negotiations, and ensures safety, risk, governance, and delivery considerations. Collaborates with engineering, project management, bid, and delivery teams to transition solutions into execution.

Lead change management and internal communications for an enterprise-wide Cyber Security Transformation Program. The role develops secure-behavior strategies, translates complex cyber concepts into accessible communications, engages senior stakeholders, manages change risks, creates adoption toolkits, and coaches teams to embed lasting security awareness and ownership.

Analyze commercial performance across residential and SME businesses, identifying opportunities in sales, pricing, retention, customer growth, and market competitiveness. Develop hypotheses, evaluate performance drivers, analyze customer and competitor trends, and translate complex datasets into reports, visualizations, and executive-level insights. Establish governance and repeatable delivery practices; manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendors; and coordinate delivery across IT, OT, cyber security, and physical security teams. Drive integration, operational readiness, and transition activities while advising executive sponsors and building relationships with technology, engineering, construction, and operations stakeholders.

Lead credit and fraud risk strategy for customer acquisition, including acceptance frameworks, identity controls, performance monitoring, governance, vendor management, cost optimisation, and operational oversight of AGL’s Shield acquisition engine. Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Credit to balance growth, customer outcomes, compliance, and risk.
