Operate and improve cloud-based enterprise data platforms: monitor health and KPIs, triage incidents, run root-cause analysis, manage changes and releases, perform minor infrastructure maintenance, and deliver small data-engineering improvements to increase platform stability and reliability.

Lead risk assurance and embed risk management across AGL's Energy Assets portfolio. Manage a small team, partner with operational leaders to provide practical risk advice, assess control effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and deliver portfolio-level risk reporting and insights to senior leadership.

As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will assist customers with account queries, complaints, and payments, delivering excellent service through phone interactions.

Handle inbound customer calls to resolve account and billing enquiries, manage complaints and account changes, take payments, identify sales opportunities, recommend tailored products/services, and follow up to deliver positive outcomes. Work full-time on a rotating weekday roster, complete paid onsite training, and contribute to team KPIs and sales targets.

Provide day-to-day operational support for the Melbourne workplace, coach and train Workplace Services Representatives, act as first escalation point, handle inquiries, identify process improvements, oversee team members, and support remote corporate sites as required. This is an onsite role working five days per week.

Consolidate, review and analyse project and portfolio performance data for renewable energy projects. Deliver monthly reports and Power BI visualisations for senior leadership, support SteerCo meetings, drive reporting accuracy and continuous improvement, and provide reporting guidance to project teams.

Execute day-to-day payroll operations for assigned areas, ensuring accurate and timely payments, analysing pay results, managing queries, supporting year-end and STP reconciliation, assisting system testing and implementing continuous improvements across payroll, time & attendance and HCM processes.

Lead administration and security uplift of AGL's Salesforce platform. Manage users, access controls, flows, reports, deployments and integrations. Monitor platform health, conduct security reviews, partner with cyber security on risk and incidents, drive governance and IAM practices, and maintain documentation and compliance for production and non-production environments.
