Lead billing-to-cash improvements, manage complex financial issues, conduct architecture and impact assessments, integrate with platforms (Appian, Salesforce, Kaluza), and drive continuous improvement and technical debt reduction.

Senior application engineer for SAP CRM/IS-U in utilities. Design solutions, lead FIT-GAP and architecture reviews, run POCs, support incident resolution, integrate CRM with billing/metering/finance systems, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement.
