Provides analytical, operational, and coordination support for reward and performance programs. Responsibilities include remuneration analysis and reporting, cyclical performance and pay processes, Workday-supported process improvement, automation, system testing, data-quality activities, and first-line support for reward queries. The role coordinates timelines, maintains workplans, handles confidential employee information, and escalates complex matters to senior Reward team members.

Leads product, pricing, operational improvement, regulatory change, and remediation initiatives across residential and business energy portfolios. The role uses data analysis, root-cause investigation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to improve systems, processes, customer journeys, controls, and business outcomes from discovery through implementation and ongoing support.

Handles inbound customer calls involving account and billing inquiries, complaints, account changes, payments, and issue resolution. Identifies sales and retention opportunities, recommends tailored energy products and services, and works toward customer service, sales, and KPI targets. The role includes paid onsite training, ongoing coaching, and rotating weekday shifts in Adelaide.
