Lead large-scale network and infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery while managing risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Mentor junior project staff and oversee vendor management.

Own bench-level configuration of enterprise servers, storage, and networking from receipt through power-on, firmware/BIOS updates, OS/hypervisor installs, validation, automation, documentation, and cross-team coordination to deliver configured systems to customers.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and reusable components for Salesforce, web, API, and data validation. Build and run regression and end-to-end tests, integrate suites into CI/CD, manage test data and environments, collaborate with stakeholders, document strategies, and improve QA processes using AI-enabled tools.
