Build and maintain AI-powered automation frameworks and developer tools for large-scale distributed systems. Collaborate with engineering and QA to embed LLM-based utilities, optimize SDLC and testing, and research/implement cutting-edge AI solutions to improve Akamai's delivery and edge services.

Provide post-sales technical consulting and integration for Zero Trust solutions: lead deployments, troubleshoot, deliver training, advise customers, collaborate internally, document solutions, and support occasional pre-sales activities.

Lead development of observability products (metrics, dashboards, alerts, APIs) by defining requirements, writing PRDs, engaging customers, prioritizing roadmap, and driving cross-functional launches and EOL consolidation.

Manage and support large-scale, geo-distributed, highly available OLTP databases. Provide Oracle expertise for zero-downtime operations, troubleshoot and tune PL/SQL, automate routine tasks, mentor junior DBAs, liaise across teams, and participate in architecture and incident reviews.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs. Align engineering, product, and business stakeholders, drive process improvements, mentor TPMs and engineers, manage risk, and use PM tools and analytics to deliver cloud and networking solutions.

Develop, maintain, and operate cloud backend services and web applications for Zero Trust security. Design and implement features using NodeJS, Python, or Golang, follow FedRAMP standards, participate in code reviews, own components from design to deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
