The Software Engineer III role involves owning the design and development of key features and services, solving technical problems, and optimizing code, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted development techniques.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration (India), payroll and immigration support, HR data integrity, ticketing-system employee support, reporting and workforce analytics, compliance audits, and cross-functional coordination to deliver a strong employee experience.

Partner with HR leadership to support Chennai site people programs (performance, engagement, talent development), coach managers and employees, use data/AI to identify trends and improve employee experience, drive HRIS/tool adoption and ensure India compliance support.
