Seeking a Cloud engineer to design full-stack cloud-native applications merging AI with scalable architecture, leading cross-functional engineering teams.

Leads all technology operations in India, overseeing 1,000+ professionals across engineering, IT operations, and security. Owns operational stability, delivery predictability, engineering throughput, risk management, AI and GenAI adoption, infrastructure reliability, security, talent development, and executive stakeholder engagement. Translates global technology priorities into executable plans while driving modernization, responsible AI governance, productivity improvements, and scalable leadership capabilities.

Processes client benefits plan activities, including US pension, 401(k), and payroll administration, while meeting service-level agreements and quality standards. Resolves participant inquiries, documents work in task management tools, supports audits and remediation, maintains SOPs, and collaborates with customer service, technology, and shared services teams. The role also identifies process improvements, manages deadlines, communicates risks, and ensures accurate adherence to procedures and compliance requirements.
