Lead RCSA execution and control management across Enterprise Digital, transitioning legacy PRSAs to an enterprise RCSA framework. Partner with business, compliance, ORM, audit, and technology teams to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational, technology, data, and AI-related risks. Oversee control inventory, assess control effectiveness, support remediation and regulatory/audit responses, and develop risk indicators and reporting.
