Lead strategic planning and execution of complex technical projects and Agile Release Trains. Coordinate PI planning, resource allocation, risk management, metrics analysis, and stakeholder communication. Mentor delivery teams, ensure SDLC compliance, maintain project documentation, and drive continuous improvement and technical documentation to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Responsible for performance testing solutions, creating test strategies, optimizing software performance, analyzing results, and collaborating with teams to improve application reliability and scalability.
