Lead Business Continuity Management for assigned processes: perform BIAs and risk assessments, create and maintain Functional Business Continuity Plans and recovery strategies, run BCMS tests and awareness sessions, maintain vital records on SharePoint, coordinate crisis response as SPOC, and report recovery status to Process Leads while ensuring ISO 22301 compliance.

Provide post-onboarding customer support for ocean logistics: manage customer channels, handle case management, support onboarding and relationships, and assist with contract and dispute management. Perform administrative and operational tasks, apply standards, exercise independent judgment within guidelines, and resolve problems under supervision.

Execute day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, billing, invoicing, cost and budget accounting), ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting, manage projects end-to-end, monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Handle routine tasks independently and escalate complex issues.
