Teams at A.P. Moller - Maersk

Lead and develop CX teams to deliver integrated customer experience across ocean, landside, and lead logistics for industrial verticals. Drive growth through upsell/cross-sell, manage volume forecasting, ensure business continuity, and maintain senior stakeholder relationships to support retention, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end customer interactions and bookings for shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, rate checks, billing, and transportation coordination. Drive customer onboarding, relationship management, contract dispute resolution, and service excellence while following standardized processes and escalating complex cases.

Provide customer-facing operational support within Maersk's Customer Experience administrative stream. Handle customer channels, case management, onboarding, relationship support, and contract/dispute tasks. Work independently on limited-scope tasks, apply standard processes, escalate non-routine issues, and use on-the-job training to resolve problems under supervision.
