Execute day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, billing, invoicing, cost and budget accounting), ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting, manage projects end-to-end, monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Handle routine tasks independently and escalate complex issues.

Provide administrative and operational support for training activities, including creating POs/SOs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, tracking course schedules and certificates, maintaining records and systems, responding to queries, and supporting routine reporting and operational processes to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Provide post-onboarding customer services including channel and case management, onboarding and relationship support, contract and dispute handling, administrative support, and escalating non-routine issues to supervisors.
