Customer-facing FinOps subject-matter expert responsible for end-to-end finance operations delivery, managing customer relationships, resolving operational issues, driving process improvements, monitoring KPIs, supporting commercial growth, and collaborating across functions to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Manages global dispute-resolution processes according to standard operating procedures. Resolves customer disputes, supports customer experience activities, shares knowledge and best practices, improves team efficiency, and eliminates unnecessary process steps. The role requires collaboration across geographies, language proficiency for customer interaction, flexibility for night shifts, and regular work from the office.

Manage and optimize financial workflows involving vendor disputes, invoicing, purchase orders, cost allocation, and financial entries. Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, meet SLAs, maintain internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance. Use SAP ERP, Excel, Power BI, and other financial operations tools to support accurate reporting and workflow integrity.
