Process manual customer invoices, post and apply daily bank payments, reconcile accounts, identify unknown cash receipts, and resolve billing disputes. Review customer statements, overdue balances, dunning activity, and on-account payments while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Generate invoice reports, support collections, maintain audit records, ensure regulatory compliance, and help improve customer billing procedures.

Manages North American ocean freight tender customers, including quotation management, tender execution, contract administration, negotiation support, pricing proposals, nomination tracking, performance reporting, and compliance governance. Partners with Sales, Trade, Marketing, and global service teams to improve tender quality, customer outcomes, and commercial growth. The role requires strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, Excel, and presentation skills, along with willingness to work a permanent night shift supporting North American operations.

Manages global customer tenders, quotations, rate sheets, contract maintenance, negotiation rounds, pricing proposals, and dispute coordination. Supports sales, trade, marketing, and strategy teams through tender analysis, negotiation packages, nomination databases, compliance reporting, customer performance measurement, Salesforce updates, and process improvement initiatives.
