Oversee commercial real estate lease administration processes, reviewing lease abstracts, reconciliations, and client deliverables. Manage project execution, calendars, reporting, documentation, audits, onboarding, closures, and client communications. Coordinate team workloads, support junior staff, facilitate cross-training, maintain records and controls, and identify process improvement opportunities. The role requires knowledge of US real estate leasing, lease concepts, and Yardi or MRI software.

Oversee commercial real estate lease administration processes, including lease abstract review, reconciliations, deliverable quality control, project tracking, client communication, reporting, audits, and period-end closures. The role coordinates teams, manages calendars and documentation, supports onboarding and cross-training, ensures compliance with client requirements, and identifies process improvement and automation opportunities. Strong knowledge of US real estate leasing, Yardi or MRI software, and lease administration practices is required.

The Process Lead reviews and abstracts commercial and residential leases, validates lease database information, performs quality assurance, analyzes QC reports, and maintains documentation and reporting. The role supports project management, adapts processes to client requirements, mentors junior analysts, coordinates with cross-functional teams, ensures confidentiality and accuracy, and contributes to process improvements, automation, SOPs, and best practices.
