Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and revenue by selling Apna's online recruitment solutions. Prospect, negotiate, close deals, manage CXO-level relationships, generate leads across channels, and grow business from existing clients while handling documentation and commercial terms.

The role involves acquiring SMB customers through cold calling, managing client onboarding, and creating market visibility for Apna's hiring products, along with achieving sales targets.

Develop and review linguistic rubrics, taxonomies, and annotation guidelines for Tamil language AI projects. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design annotation frameworks, perform linguistic QA, error analysis, and support ASR, TTS, transcription, speech annotation, and NLP workflows to improve annotation quality and model performance.
