Responsibilities include improving talent processes, performance reviews, feedback cycles, promotion calibrations, coaching, learning and development, retention, career planning, and stakeholder alignment with Customer Success and business goals. The role also supports operational processes such as feedback tracking, timesheets, compliance, and consultant engagement.

Leads development of an AI-powered diagnostic and triage platform using Python, AWS, LangChain, and AI agents. Responsibilities include architecting scalable releases, managing and mentoring an engineering team, conducting code reviews, setting technical standards, partnering with product and customer success teams, and translating support challenges into engineering roadmaps. The role requires hands-on software engineering, cloud architecture, AI/LLM expertise, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

Manage global partner deal registration, including eligibility validation, CRM updates, approvals, escalations, reporting, and compliance. Improve partner operations and onboarding processes, analyze registration data, support alliance initiatives, and coordinate communication among partners, sales, and alliance teams. Lead day-to-day operations for the Chennai team, mentor staff, handle escalations, and provide administrative support to global alliances leadership.
