Support global HR operations with primary focus on North America onboarding, I-9 and background checks, Workday employee lifecycle transactions, employment verifications, employee correspondence, HR inbox/ticket support, and cross-functional partnering to resolve issues and improve processes.

Plan and execute developer-focused engagements, manage event logistics and promotion, moderate and grow digital forums (Appian Community, Reddit, Discord), scale community programs (MVPs, UGC), and deliver high-impact virtual and field events to increase active participation.

Build, standardize, and maintain reusable Appian demo assets and DemoHub catalog. De-brand prospect demos, update with new platform features, produce clickable demos and walkthrough videos, and contribute to DemoHub application development, governance, and continuous improvement to support global presales.
