The Technical Program Manager will lead cross-organizational modernization programs, drive technical initiatives, and ensure high-quality execution by managing dependencies and planning.

Provide global end-user BI support, administer Salesforce and analytics platforms, design and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards, triage and resolve tickets, document processes, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve BI systems.

Lead architecture, set code quality standards, enable developers with internal tooling, mentor engineers, drive features from design to deployment, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native systems.
