Lead and train teams on lean tools and Six Sigma, run Kaizen workshops, implement Lean Management Systems, drive SQDIP improvements, conduct Value Stream Analysis, create Hoshin Kanri and site KPIs, support capacity planning and continuous improvement projects.

Lead functional safety activities for automotive products: perform HARA/FMEA, define safety goals and traceable requirements, develop V&V plans and safety cases, ensure ISO 26262/IEC 61508/ASPICE compliance, support AUTOSAR software integration, configure/validate RTOS, use SysML and Enterprise Architect for MBSE, and assess change impacts on safety.
