Teams at Arcadia (DC)

Build, evaluate, and deploy production machine learning models for utility data extraction, forecasting, anomaly detection, and agent-powered workflows. Responsibilities include Python development, experimentation, model evaluation, data validation, prompt tuning, documentation, monitoring support, and collaboration with engineering and subject matter experts.

Own the Plug presentment roadmap for Arcadia’s utility data platform, including customer-facing APIs, delivery workflows, and self-service tools. Define product requirements, API contracts, and scalable data-delivery capabilities while partnering with engineering, design, operations, and global teams. Balance new feature delivery with KTLO and technical debt, leverage AI tools for productivity, manage dependencies, communicate progress, and support external developer documentation.

Provides senior technical support for Mac and Windows systems, manages Jira Service Desk boards and workflows, automates ticket processes using AI, resolves incidents, supports global users during a fixed night shift, mentors junior technicians, collaborates on infrastructure, and analyzes support metrics to improve service delivery.
