Build reports and metrics to measure customer health and company performance, support stakeholders with ad hoc queries, enable self-serve analytics, document data, mentor peers, and shape analytics team processes.

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, GL, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and month-/year-end close. Prepare financial statements and MIS, analyze variances, oversee payroll accounting and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI), coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements and ERP automation.

Lead SRE projects end-to-end, mentor engineers, design AWS infrastructure solutions, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and manage database reliability as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer.
