Leads global Health, Safety, and Wellbeing assurance, compliance, risk, audits, emergency preparedness, value-chain governance, data strategy, reporting, and technology initiatives. Maintains policies, risk registers, incident processes, supplier standards, dashboards, and analytics while partnering with operations, legal, procurement, quality, IT, and senior leadership across global regions. Manages HSW systems including Cority, drives process standardization, and supervises team delivery.

Manage and optimize Oracle reporting and ETL services, troubleshoot discrepancies, build BI Publisher extracts, coordinate releases and change initiatives, maintain ETL performance and security updates, oversee third-party support, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and operational stability across enterprise analytics platforms.

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle databases and PL/SQL code; build scalable schemas and ETL/data pipelines; perform query and PL/SQL performance tuning; ensure security, backup, and recovery; collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, vendors, and stakeholders; participate in code reviews, data modeling, and release management.
