Collaborate with engineers, architects, QA and operations to deliver high-availability, high-throughput web applications, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve product performance and reliability in an Agile environment.

Provide functional, technical, and application support for Aria's subscription billing platform. Troubleshoot Level 1-3 issues, run SQL queries, analyze APIs, use SOAP UI/Postman, document and escalate issues, and support customers through the full lifecycle while meeting SLAs.
