Partners with senior leaders to execute HR strategy, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, and organizational change. Leads multidisciplinary HR initiatives, advises managers on complex policy and ER matters, ensures legal and policy compliance, analyzes workforce trends, and drives performance and culture transformation through surveys, focus groups, and action plans.

Build and improve governed HR data products, pipelines, reports, and dashboards. Analyze workforce data, resolve quality issues, maintain metadata and lineage, support access governance, and ensure secure handling of sensitive employee information. Gather requirements, perform data cleansing and validation, support HR data migrations and M&A activities, and contribute to AI governance. The role partners across HR, IT, analytics teams, vendors, and business stakeholders using Agile delivery methods.

Lead the transformation from low-code to scalable pro-code analytics applications. Build React and TypeScript front ends, Python and FastAPI backend services, REST APIs, data integrations, testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Establish engineering standards, reusable patterns, AI-assisted development guardrails, and responsible AI practices. Coach developers transitioning to pro-code, manage change adoption, address technical risks, and report productivity and quality outcomes across enterprise analytics delivery.
