Build enterprise platform capabilities including reusable GitHub Actions, Terraform modules, secure CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps controls, and developer tooling. Develop automation in Python or Golang, support AWS and hybrid environments, define infrastructure testing strategies, and create reference architectures and documentation.
