Serve as liaison between business, IT, and Power BI developers to translate requirements into actionable dashboards. Drive agile delivery, ensure data quality and governance, enable process improvements, and lead indirect teams to scale analytics and omnichannel marketing outcomes. Support development, testing, training, and adoption of BI solutions to inform decisions.

Lead data governance for manufacturing and supply networks: define standards, data/integration specifications, roadmaps, and release stewardship. Ensure compliance, data quality, and responsible AI adoption; drive prototyping, metrics, and continuous improvement across analytics, automation, and ML lifecycles.

Provide day-to-day Snowflake platform support for the Italy hub, triage incidents, manage data pipelines and ServiceNow tickets, coordinate fixes across Snowflake and Power BI, maintain documentation, implement preventive checks, and contribute to continuous improvement of BI support operations.
