Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services (Python, Node.js) and frontend apps (React, TypeScript). Troubleshoot complex configurations and integrations (Expensify, APIs), manage upgrades/patches, perform root cause analysis, maintain security and permissions, assist with data migration and reports, collaborate with development/infrastructure teams, and mentor Level 1/2 teams to improve incident resolution.

Embed with customers to understand their technical environments, build and deploy custom integrations and workflows, write production code, prototype and scale solutions, debug complex issues, and translate customer insights into product requirements. Partner with sales and customer success on technical evaluations, pilots, and POCs while identifying broader platform opportunities. The role requires customer travel of approximately 20–50%.

Lead large-scale global IT service transitions across service desk, EUC, ITAM, AV, and supply chain logistics. Define transition methodology, tollgates, knowledge-transfer validation, operational readiness, risk remediation, sourcing strategies, and target operating models. Coordinate customer, delivery, talent, finance, and practice stakeholders while managing transitions involving 500+ resources and budgets exceeding $50 million. The role requires permanent residence in India, global stakeholder leadership, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Lead contract drafting and review for complex technology agreements (SaaS, software licensing, IT services, transportation/warehousing). Mentor and coordinate a geographically dispersed drafting team, maintain contract databases and audit files, track authorizations and deliverables, analyze and mitigate risk, and ensure timely, accurate contract processing per client policies.

Provide L2 advanced support and escalation for enterprise server and network infrastructure. Troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge and Cisco equipment using iDRAC/Redfish and CLI, perform firmware and IOS/NX-OS updates, manage hardware break/fix and vendor coordination, run network health audits, enhance monitoring with SREs, mentor L1 engineers, maintain runbooks and diagrams, participate in post-mortems, and provide 24x7 on-call support for production systems.

Provide advanced L2 support for enterprise server and network infrastructure: troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge and Cisco devices, perform firmware/BIOS updates, manage hardware break/fix, improve monitoring and alerting, mentor L1 engineers, maintain runbooks/diagrams, participate in change management and post-mortems, and provide 24x7 on-call support in a global environment.

The Full Stack Engineer will design and maintain internal tooling, develop and support RESTful APIs and microservices, and work in cloud environments, ensuring performance and reliability.
