Ensure all programs meet transmission deadlines and regulatory content codes. Perform censorship edits, house-master media to SOPs and broadcast technical specs, log edit notes, produce reports, generate productivity jobsheets, and propose process improvements. Must work shifts and maintain transport availability.

Manage flawless implementation of on-air promotions, sponsorships and station campaigns. Ensure error-free execution, budget adherence, timely finance/reporting, inventory updates, compliance with prize fulfilment, stakeholder coordination, and contribution to brainstorms to grow station revenue and listenership.

Monitor audio/video quality and interactive services across DTH, broadband and new media from the Master Control Room. Perform network and system monitoring, fault resolution, ticket handling and first-level recovery to maintain 99.98% on-air availability. Coordinate live event monitoring, escalate issues per SOP, and prepare shift/weekly operations reports.
