Owns Athena’s organization-wide data governance, privacy, protection, and responsible AI framework across multiple countries. The role develops policies, consent and risk tools, data inventories, compliance processes, incident response, AI approvals, and ISO 27001/SOC 2 readiness. It also trains staff and partners, supports live projects, manages audits, advises clients and regulators, and reports governance progress to leadership.

Handles accounting transactions, cash and bank payments, reconciliations, month-end closures, invoicing, receivables and payables follow-up, MIS reporting, travel expense verification, and statutory tax compliance including GST, TDS, PF and PT. Supports audits, banking coordination, employee insurance and joining or exit formalities, vendor and client administration, contracts, purchase orders, and process improvements.

Design, build, and own end-to-end web application modules across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. Integrate LLM-powered features (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering), ensure code quality with tests and CI/CD, optimize performance and databases, participate in architecture and client discussions, and mentor peers while driving reliable delivery and technical vision.
