Architect, customize, integrate and maintain CRM solutions, build plugins, forms, workflows, PowerApps models, ADF pipelines, and FetchXML reports. Manage deployments, source control, SDK usage, resolve support issues, and deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test strategies for web and POS applications. Create test plans, write automation scripts, execute functional, integration and regression tests, track defects, define QA metrics, support release validation, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate high-volume e-commerce services with focus on architecture, performance, scalability, automation, and incident troubleshooting. Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners and offshore teams; review code/designs, mentor junior engineers, and implement deployments and monitoring for cart/checkout/payment systems.
