Serve as technical SME and administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Architect, customize, integrate and maintain CRM solutions, build plugins, forms, workflows, PowerApps models, ADF pipelines, and FetchXML reports. Manage deployments, source control, SDK usage, resolve support issues, and deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices for SCM/WMS modules (inventory, tasking, fulfillment, shipping). Architect cloud-native solutions on GCP, integrate UI components (React/JS/HTML/CSS), manage CI/CD and repositories, ensure performance/security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams through agile processes.
