Leads the Application Support team for enterprise SaaS applications, serving as the highest technical escalation point. Oversees complex production incidents, customer escalations, root cause analysis, release readiness, API and integration troubleshooting, and operational improvements. Partners with Engineering, Product, Salesforce, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success. Recruits, coaches, and develops support engineers while improving technical capabilities, support processes, and platform stability.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and production support of complex software systems. Responsibilities include architecture and technical decision-making, distributed systems design, secure PHI/PII handling, automated testing, observability, troubleshooting, and production readiness. The role mentors engineers, drives code and design reviews, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and uses approved AI tools responsibly to improve engineering delivery while maintaining quality, security, compliance, and reliability.

Supports hotline and outbound calling activities, verifies and captures status information, investigates rejection causes, validates source documents, corrects discrepancies, conducts online and internal research, and maintains spreadsheets, reports, and documentation. The role requires accurate data handling, attention to detail, compliance with privacy standards, and effective task prioritization.
