Own daily sales reporting, dashboards, forecasts, working-capital tracking, tender lifecycle management, AMD/EMD recovery, pricing and quotation support, OKR compliance, action closure, and demo-equipment tracking. The role ensures accurate data, timely submissions, inventory discipline, sales-team follow-through, and decision-ready leadership reporting across a medical-device distribution business.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director, including calendar and meeting management, correspondence, follow-ups, MIS reporting, expense tracking, quotations, pricing coordination, payment follow-up, tender support, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains confidentiality, prepares documents and presentations, consolidates departmental reports, and ensures timely completion of assigned actions.
