Design, architect, and oversee scalable Salesforce solutions by analyzing stakeholder needs, building data models, automations, integrations, and UIs. Lead implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement while communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentoring development teams.

Develop and execute test cases, perform manual testing for web and mobile, plan test strategies, report and track bugs, coordinate with project teams, own QA deliverables, mentor junior QAs, and ensure timely regression/sanity testing and release quality.
