Partners with leaders and functional teams to communicate findings clearly and improve operational performance, efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Leads full-cycle executive recruiting across Beacon Mobility, including talent mapping, market research, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partners with senior leaders on search strategy, compensation, organizational design, and hiring decisions. Maintains confidential searches, delivers a high-touch executive candidate experience, and tracks recruiting metrics and search effectiveness.

Begins in an SDR ramp role making outbound calls, qualifying education-sector prospects, scheduling appointments, and maintaining CRM data. After training, owns Central Region business development, including school visits, discovery meetings, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing new business. Builds relationships with school districts, transportation leaders, procurement teams, and other decision-makers while partnering with Operations and Customer Care to support client launches, retention, and account growth.
