Owns core platform experiences across homepage, user center, AI-generated interfaces, and market pages. The role leads onboarding and activation optimization, personalization and recommendation strategies, generative UI development, and cross-functional product delivery. Responsibilities include partnering with AI, search, recommendation, and LLM teams; defining metrics; running experiments; and using data to improve conversion, engagement, and user journeys across a global fintech and cryptocurrency platform.

Acquire and manage relationships with major institutional and VIP clients, expand existing accounts, and meet sales KPIs. Build customer service processes, track key-account activity, analyze user behavior, identify client needs, prepare customer reports, and coordinate cross-functional solutions and product feedback. The role involves regional collaboration, client acquisition events, autonomous work, and international communication within the digital-asset industry.

Support monitoring and reporting of risk metrics and KRIs, review account queues to assess legitimacy and risk, stop suspicious transactions, verify account activity with users, and identify trends for management.
