Own and scale APAC programmatic advertising strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and ROAS. Lead media buying across auctions, PMPs, preferred deals and PG; leverage AI/ML and automation; set best practices for targeting, frequency, remarketing, brand safety and DCO; research and scale emerging channels like CTV, audio, contextual and DOOH.

Design and iterate secure, user-friendly trading interfaces (Convert, in-chat cards, AI trading analytics). Conduct user research, produce production-ready UI/UX deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, component specs), define and optimize trading metrics, and collaborate with product, engineering, risk, compliance and operations to deliver consistent, scalable global trading experiences.

Manage full financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax and GST compliance, budgeting, statutory and annual reports, audits, and revenue and balance sheet reconciliations.
