Own proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche and senior-level roles. Build talent maps, engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, conduct candidate research, develop personalized outreach, and maintain qualified pipelines. Partner with hiring managers, provide market intelligence, track sourcing metrics, maintain ATS records, and experiment with sourcing tools and recruiting automation to improve hiring outcomes.

Lead BitGo’s Ecosystem engineering team, driving integrations for new blockchains and supporting institutional clients. Responsibilities include setting technical and product vision, coaching and hiring engineers, owning quality, delivery, availability, and performance, leading engineering initiatives, prioritizing roadmaps, and managing stakeholder collaboration across global teams. The role requires hands-on technical involvement, blockchain knowledge or interest, and onsite work in Bangalore.

Triage and respond to security alerts across endpoints, cloud, SaaS, and applications; write and tune detection rules mapped to MITRE ATT&CK to reduce false positives; escalate and assist in incident response; run projects to improve monitoring and visibility; collaborate with Engineering and IT. Requires some weekend and occasional evening coverage; role is onsite in Bangalore.
