Defines KPIs, guides Power BI and SQL development, validates data and dashboards, coordinates UAT, supports governance and standardization, trains users, and drives adoption of business intelligence tools. Partners with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Operations leaders to deliver actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
