Provides technical support for lighting artists, troubleshoots rendering scenes and DCC configurations, develops production tools, and maintains renderer testing and benchmarking frameworks. Supports render pipeline automation, USD and Hydra workflows, shader development, DCC validation, and render farm efficiency improvements. Collaborates with artists, supervisors, pipeline teams, and software developers while exploring AI-based rendering technologies such as denoising and upscaling.

Develop and support artist-facing tools, workflows, and production pipelines for VFX and feature animation. Provide technical support to artists, build Python tools, collaborate with R&D and production teams, lead show technology ownership, mentor junior pipeline staff, chair technical meetings, and identify automation opportunities. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder negotiation, and expertise with Maya, Linux, DCC tools, source control, and production technology workflows.

Develop and support character modeling workflows for animated feature films. Troubleshoot tools and pipeline issues, collaborate with build, rigging, surfacing, layout, animation, CFX, and lighting teams, and provide technical support and training. Maintain documentation, participate in workflow meetings, interpret feedback, and ensure assets are delivered on schedule while meeting creative and technical standards.
