Sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, maintains talent pipelines, updates ATS and CRM records, supports offers and onboarding, and communicates with candidates, recruiters, clients, and hiring managers. The role also involves recruitment research, process documentation, market insights, and exposure to business development and HR consulting in a remote environment.
