Lead Tableau architecture and administration for Server/Cloud: install, configure, upgrade, monitor health, backups, and migrations. Manage users, permissions, RLS, SSO, and governance. Optimize data sources, extract refresh schedules, and dashboard performance. Provide support and training, collaborate with data engineers to integrate Snowflake, Redshift, and SQL Server. Use TSM, Tabcmd, Tableau REST API and strong SQL; apply data warehousing, ETL, and database management knowledge.

Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reporting pipelines. Use Python (pandas, NumPy) and advanced SQL to extract, transform, model, and optimize data from cloud warehouses. Implement report automation, version control (Git), RLS/data governance, performance tuning, and translate analyses into business-ready insights for stakeholders.

Lead design, development, and deployment of multi-agent, memory-augmented AI systems using LangGraph and LLM orchestration. Build scalable agent architectures, implement knowledge graphs and vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), apply RAG and RLHF/RLAIF, optimize production workflows, run PoCs demonstrating business impact, and mentor AI engineers and data scientists.
