Migrate Adobe Analytics reports to Customer Journey Analytics, build clickstream and marketing dashboards, configure dataviews, validate Databricks data, and support experimentation analytics. The role develops Power BI reporting, performs SQL-based pre/post migration QA, documents reporting logic, and enables self-service analytics for marketing and product stakeholders across international markets.

Lead end-to-end migration of Azure Synapse Analytics environments to Microsoft Fabric, including strategy, execution, validation, cutover, tuning, and optimization. Build and optimize ETL pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Databricks; design modern data warehouses using SQL Server, ADLS Gen2, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage. Ensure data governance, lineage, security, compliance, monitoring, and integrity using Purview and Azure Monitor. Document architecture and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead design, development, and deployment of multi-agent, memory-augmented AI systems using LangGraph and LLM orchestration. Build scalable agent architectures, implement knowledge graphs and vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), apply RAG and RLHF/RLAIF, optimize production workflows, run PoCs demonstrating business impact, and mentor AI engineers and data scientists.
