Provides technical support for customers using IoT devices through email and Microsoft Teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, delivering technical guidance, escalating complex problems, managing support tickets, maintaining records, and coordinating with sales and service stakeholders. The role also supports digital innovation projects and new digital offerings.

Leads supplier and subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, negotiations, performance monitoring, cost reduction, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across APAC. Supports purchasing teams with market intelligence, operational analysis, reporting, and inventory, distribution, and warehouse optimization. Requires chemical or mechanical engineering education, procurement certification, substantial chemical manufacturing and sourcing experience, SAP MM expertise, analytical ability, and multilingual communication skills.

Responsible for product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Maintains BOMs, routings, cost structures, and inventory reconciliations; investigates discrepancies; prepares margin and cost reports; and provides profitability insights to Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Finance leadership. Also supports sales incentive accruals, compliance, controls, audits, and finance initiatives across APAC and North America manufacturing operations.

Design, deploy, and scale production-grade machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions on cloud platforms, primarily Azure. Lead LLM applications such as chatbots and agentic workflows, oversee the full ML lifecycle, ensure production reliability and governance, and partner with global business and technical stakeholders. Mentor junior team members, influence architecture and best practices, and drive AI initiatives from problem definition through measurable business impact.

Develops and executes internal and external corporate communications, including change communications, town halls, leadership announcements, PR plans, press materials, media relations, thought leadership, LinkedIn content, and sustainability communications. Partners with marketing, product, and internal stakeholders to promote campaigns, measure engagement, establish communication KPIs, manage brand perception, and support ESG reporting and customer sustainability questionnaires.
